We are proud to have planned and designed the Antonia Lofaso Catering Launch Party!
Chef Antonia Lofaso is not a new name in the culinary world. From her time on Top Chef: Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars, to the launch of her successful Los Angeles restaurants, Scopa Italian Roots and Black Market Liquor Bar, she is a well-respected veteran on the national food scene. From the success of those restaurants came the demand for the chef to cater private events. Chef rose to the challenge and launched Atonia Lofaso Catering! We joined forces with Chef Antonia and her team to create a fun, casual afternoon party to celebrate the launch of this new catering operation. Their motto is not only to cater, but to curate, with each of their event menus designed as a narrative to tell the story of those celebrating. From caviar on quail eggs to fish and chips in newsprint to spicy pork bao to a decadent seafood spread, the menu was as eclectic and colorful as the chef herself. Jeffrey Valet made sure guests were taken care of from the moment they arrived at the kitchy and colorful Ruby Street. Guests enjoyed the delicious bites and specialty cocktails while soaking in the sun and enjoying the relaxing ambiance from On The Beat Music Agency‘s two live bands. Nu Leaf Design‘s sunny floral arrangements added a fun pop of color. Gift bags included an apron from Chef Antonia’s line of chef activewear, Chefletics.
